Action

Completed detailed market analysis to identify the tenancy categories most suitable for a development at the subject site. Analysis was benchmarked against comparable suburbs.


Result

Delivered a report which identified a tenancy mix that represented the highest return, with the lowest risk.

Our recommendations provided a positive shift of 90 basis points on return on cost, from the original tenancy mix the client had envisaged.
